I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.  I am from the Westside and I randomly met Kara Meloy at an Open House in Leavenworth.  I instantly knew she was going to become my agent. Being that I was on the other side of the mountains I couldn’t always get over here to look at a house I was interested in.  She sent me many video walk throughs and saved me a lot of travel time. When I was able to make it over she knew exactly what I was looking for and set up all the right appts. I valued her opinion and advice and after only 2 months she helped me find my perfect home in my Happy Place.

She then walked me step by step through the inspection and all through closing. She immediately put me in contact with a handyman and electrician, both of whom are awesome.
